RESERVATION INFORMATION

Reservations may be made by contacting our office either by phone, or e-mail.
Reservations will be held for 7 days. At that time a 30% deposit will be needed to
guarantee your dates. The balance due will be required 45 days prior to trip departure.
Cabin balance may be paid upon check-out. Upon receipt of your deposit we will send
information to help you plan for your vacation. Please feel free to call if you have any
questions we can help you with. CANCELLATION POLICY Due to our short season we are not able to refund deposits or payments. We understand that emergencies arise.
We will be willing to apply your payment toward another trip, either during the same
season, if available, or for the following season. If you are concerned about the
possibility of having to cancel, we suggest that you consider purchasing trip
cancellation insurance from a travel agent. Please give us a call or send an e-mail if
you have any questions we can answer.
